my chicken experience yesterday

yesterday was my first experience of chicken with my parents consent.i had chicken handi at a wedding.i thought that the chicken was under spiced and not up to my expectations.i had two pieces.a drumstick and a wing.the wing turned out to be far more tender and soft than the drumstick.overall the whole dish turned out to be extremely average.expecting better meat in the future.
